  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Processing begins after the order cut-off time is applied
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days (processing + shipping)
